SHIPPING 

Do you ship WorldWide?

Yes, we ship to almost all countries. We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping fee is $4.99, but if your order is more than $49, then the shipping will be FREE.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

If you do not receive it within 5 days, make sure that you've checked the Spam folder. If it's not there, please send us an email at support@btsmerchstore.com so that we can follow up on your order.

What about possible customs or local delivery fees?

We are not responsible for any Customs fees or local delivery charges as these fees are charged by your country. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may incur Customs or delivery fees when they arrive at your country.

Yes! The only information we store is your name, email, and address for obvious reasons.

Why does it change to US dollars when I go to the checkout page?

Becasue we process all transactions in US dollar. Please do not worry, the price will be the same as comparing to your local currency.

Why did I get a different size from what I ordered?

I'm afraid the short answer to this question is that you didn't. It is very important that you carefully check the measurements on the product page before you determine which size to order as some clothing from our suppliers are marked for Asian size. You can find the size chart of each product on the product page which provides the detailed measurements of the product. Please make sure you check it before determining the size.

I want to cancel my order. What should I do?

Don't worry if you changed your mind on your purchase. If you contact us within 24 hours, we will be able to help you with that.

What if I need to make a change to my order?

Once again, if you contact us within 24 hours, we can help you make a change for your order. Don't forget, the changes can be made only within 24 hours.
